By accessing and using JOTLU's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JOTLU.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use our services. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes to these terms will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our services or any other systems or networks

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of JOTLU and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Your Content

Our service may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content to the service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the service.

Premium Services

For our premium productivity tools and professional services:

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected

• Payment terms will be specified in individual contracts
• We may require deposits or milestone payments for larger projects
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Refund Policy

Premium subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for professional services are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 30 days of service completion.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

You may terminate your use of our services at any time by discontinuing use and, if applicable, deleting your account.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
